To solidify its steps toward global recognition, Mataram State Islamic University (UIN) held a coordination meeting for website managers at the faculty, postgraduate, unit, institution, and study program levels. This strategic meeting focused on content synchronization and website appearance standardization as one of the vital instruments in facing international accreditation.

The event held in Mataram was directly guided by the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) of UIN Mataram, represented by the secretary of LPM, Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Quddus, M.A. Attended by 14 website managers from various work units, the coordination meeting began with mapping and attendance of personnel assignments in each line.

The meeting focused on synchronizing the appearance and refining the substantive content of the websites. In his direction, Prof. Abdul Quddus emphasized that the main agenda of this coordination meeting is to synchronize and standardize the templates, content, and components of all websites within the UIN Mataram environment. He reiterated the crucial role and main function of website managers in maintaining the institution’s dignity digitally.
“Each website manager must coordinate with the leadership at their respective posts.” The information that must be highlighted includes substantive matters such as vision, mission, goals, graduate profiles, and leadership structure. “Don’t let non-substantive content appear and become too dominant,” emphasized the LPM secretary. Regarding field operations, Prof. Abdul Quddus urged the managers to immediately identify any existing obstacles.

The managers must coordinate with UIN Mataram’s Information Technology and Data Base Unit (TIPD) if they encounter any technical difficulties. Meanwhile, LPM can directly coordinate for issues related to substantive content. Support the Preparation of SAR Documents for ACQUIN Accreditation Furthermore, this coordination meeting plays a strategic role in supporting the preparation for the implementation of the international accreditation Self-Evaluation Report (SAR). Currently, the SAR team of UIN Mataram is working hard to gather and input data for the accreditation needs of the international institution ACQUIN.

The readiness, completeness of information, news, and validity of data displayed on the UIN Mataram website will directly reflect on the evaluation team. An informative website will make it easier for the SAR report preparation team to fulfill their responsibilities.
LPM notes that the inaccuracies and data deficiencies currently still commonly found on the website are a special concern for the supporting team in the preparation of the SAR.

This is because several entries in the evaluation documents that have been provided with feedback for completion are still facing obstacles in the next evaluation stage.
Commitment to Upholding Campus Quality As the institution that oversees quality at UIN Mataram and the coordinator for the preparation of the international SAR accreditation form, LPM hopes this momentum can boost the work spirit of the website managers. The entire team is expected to work optimally and with full responsibility to fulfill this great mandate.
With solid, up-to-date, and accurate website management, UIN Mataram is optimistic about delivering the best digital performance in line with international higher education quality standards.
