The Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) of the State Islamic University (UIN) Mataram held the filling of the Lecturer Workload (BKD) for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year at the UIN Mataram Auditorium Building on Thursday (9/7/2026). This agenda has become very crucial because, for the first time, the reporting of lecturer performance in that campus environment has fully migrated to using the SISTER application (Integrated Resource Information System).

This step was taken as a quick effort to align perceptions at the educator level. Given the system’s first-time implementation, urgent socialization and support are essential for lecturers to understand the required instruments and avoid errors that could affect their eligibility.
Special Allowances and Obligations: Consequences This event was officially opened by the Vice Rector I of UIN Mataram, Prof. Dr. Adi Padli, M.Ag. In his remarks, he firmly requested that all lecturers meticulously check every detail of the data required by the SISTER application. The rectorate does not want any lecturers to fail to meet the filling requirements, as such negligence will jeopardize the status of their certification allowance payments.

On the other hand, Prof. Adi Padli also provided an evaluation note and expressed regret over the attitude of a handful of lecturers who are still considered neglectful of this administrative obligation. However, the institution has taken various strategic steps to provide oversight.
“It should be noted that each lecturer has specific obligations attached to their functional or structural positions.” The instrument requirements between the ranks of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Professor vary. “We hope that through this activity, all lecturers will be guided to exceed the graduation standards set in the SISTER application,” said Prof. Adi Padli.

Alignment of Perceptions and Total LPM Guidance The Chairman of LPM UIN Mataram, Prof. Dr. H. Fahrurrozi, M.A., who directly led the event, reminded participants of the importance of quickly adapting to this academic accountability technology. All lecturers who have obtained lecturer certification, whether they are civil servants (PNS) or government employees with work agreements (PPPK), were present to receive uniform information.
To thoroughly discuss the application technicalities, LPM invited the head of the AUDIT Center of LPM UIN Mataram, Dr. Alfira, as the main speaker, accompanied by the secretary of LPM, Prof. Dr. Abdul Quddus. The presentation began with an introduction to the basic landscape of the SISTER application, followed by a concrete simulation of filling out the lecturer’s data portfolio.

To ensure that each participant practices it correctly, the session continued with direct clinical assistance. Without hesitation, the entire central staff under the LPM of UIN Mataram was fully deployed to the auditorium. The team that provided close assistance included the chair and secretary of LPM, head of the AUDIT Center, head of the Quality Standards Center, head of the Student Quality Development and Assistance Center, head of the Curriculum Center, and head of the International Accreditation and Ranking Center. Through this strict and collective supervision, LPM UIN Mataram is optimistic that the transition period for the digitalization of the BKD report this year can run successfully and accountably.
